VERY good advice. Most accidents happen when either tired, distracted or rushed.

2:30? Man unless you are a fireman or the like you should be in your nug till morning.
That’s a dangerous time to be working with tools as most folks aren’t around to help you if you get in a fix.

I wish you a speedy recovery and hopefully a lesson learned.

Bob

I hate to hear you got hurt Robert. But I have to ask, which was worse, the injury or having to go to the ER? Just kidding man. Take it easy and give it time to heal up some. I was wondering if your ears were burning Sunday….. I went to see my buddy that works at MECC. He was talking about how good your projects turned out.

Sorry to hear about your injury Robert. Hopefully you can fill your next week with some relaxation and rest. Give your client a call, I’m sure they’ll understand the problem.

Speedy recovery.

Sorry to hear about your accident. You are absolutely right as far as working when you are too tired. The chances of making an error or worse having an accident climb dramatically when tired.

Take care of your self and heal quickly.

That’s good advice and a terribly unfortunate way to learn it. The need and desire to get back to it can be very frustrating. I can only wish you patience and wisdom.

I am sorry to hear about your accident as well. Too often we try to get in that one last cut or simply need one more part and push ourselves too hard. I hope you get back to carving soon and please be careful.

Sorry to hear about your mishap.

It’s all too easy for us to get involved in something and keep going long past the point of being safe.

Get well quickly!

Take care of yourself and don’t be to hard on yourself.
With a little luck we will all learn from our experiences. If that were only true I would be much smarter :)

Don’t push the recovery or you might end up worse than when you started!

Sorry to hear when something like this happens to a friend, or anyone else as far as that goes. Funny how we know better, but push ourselves anyway. Well the clients will wait, like Ms Debbie says don’t push the recovery it just ends up being more days away if you do. Take care.
