The following statement is a recreation of the scene that took place at the Rezendes household as Denis Rezendes (AKA The Teen Age Woodworker) discovered that he was a winner of this contest… in text!

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (very, very loudly!)

this is so exciting, today i won this contest and tomorrow I am getting a Leigh 24” dovetail jig! Thanks to everyone who participated as there were some great video’s posted in the past week. I can’t wait until next year ( what a great idea Marc!)

Congratulations to all three who won! You all did great jobs in your videos.

Hopefully everyone will win by implementing some of the great safety advise talked about in all these videos.

I agree with you Craig, if everyone implements the safety tips talked about in these videos and the video’s all over the web we’re all winners in the long run!

Woo hoo! I never win anything. Even thought there were only six videos, and three winners, I was sure I’d miss out again. (I’m such a “half-empty” person, aren’t I?)

Thanks Martin, and thanks to the Jocks for your encouragement in my journey.

After reading and watching during safety week, I bought a shark guard for my table saw. I removed the one that came with the saw because it was a piece of junk. I consider myself lucky that I never had kick back, I really appreciate LJ’s commitment to safety your efforts encouraged me to make the purchase.
