This is my workshop. It took 7 months to complete, and I am up and running now.

Wow. That is a lot of digging. And i see that a shop elf has already discovered your shop too. They have a way of appearing when you least expect them. :)
It looks like you have plenty to keep yourself busy for the foreseeable future. I hope that you can finish it by the end of April and can get on to things that are more enjoyable.

Hi Paul
It sure looks like you had your work cut out for you. At least you have a big door which should help when it comes to pouring the floor. Is your shop already wired for the shop? My new shop looks like a piece of cake after seeing what you had to do. Thanks for posting and good luck on the new shop.
God Bless

My brother in law is an electrictian and told me if I buy the materials he will install everything for a steak on the grill. I have a 50 amp supply that was used for the electric stove before we put in a gas one, and it is above where one of the shop walls will be so I just need to drill through the floor behind the stove and run the wire down to a breaker box. He said it will not be that hard.

I am sure when you started you thought you would never get to the end of this one. But it looks like you have made great progree so far and I for one am looking forward to seeing the finished project. That is going to be a nice use of wasted space.

Looks like you’re getting there! I was thinking about putting my shop in the basement as well but we have forced air and I was worried about saw dust getting all over everything on the first floor. Looks like you’ll have a nice large area to work with. I also noticed it looks like your a few hours south of me (Overland Park, KS). We’re almost neighbors! Good luck with the shop!
