I started cutting down the rough cut lumber that I have. I joined and planned some of it too. For now I am using a 4” aluminum dryer hose to connect the dust collector to the cyclone lid, it works great I might just keep it like that. The hose was only $10 bucks. Here are some pics.

Your shop is really starting to come together. I am surprised at the dryer tubing but if it works go for it. You certainly can’t beat the price.
