My girlfriend and I just recently bought a house in Olathe, KS (southwestern KC area), and one of the first things that I did was take over one of the slots in the garage for my shop. I have to share the space with assorted lawn and garden tools, as well as the mower, but I used to work in a woodshop in college, and its been too long since I’ve been able to get back into it so I’m making due. I already have quite a list of projects that I’m going to do now that I’m getting a few tools here and there. I’m still working out the layout for everything, since it isn’t as large of a space as I was used to, but I’m sure that it will definitely be fun once its up and running.
I’ll also be putting up some more pics as I get the rest of my tools up here and as everything progresses. I’m seeing a lot of other shops that I’m going to steal (er…I mean “borrow”) storage and layout ideas from. I’m seeing some nice creative solutions from everyone.

Hi Jason,
You have a nice start on your shop. Your space appears to be organized and you have enough room to work in. I like the set of tools that I see as well.
Thanks for the tour. I appreciate the picture and allowing me to visit with you.
