I grew up next door to Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa was a furniture/cabinet worker for ever and ever. Since Dad was a rough carpenter also, I've been around woodworking since i was big enough to hold a hammer.
I love the medium you can do anything with wood. I think my favorite part is the design, trying to get something to work is the biggest challenge.
Recently i've been messing around with fused glass also, then incorporating it with my wood.
