Well,,,, I finnally decided that it was time to make some saw dust and I figured that the best project would be to build a shelf system for my garage/pantry. When my wife and I bought our house in December we knew that we would need a pantry, but couldn’t figure out were to put it. Well 2 weeks ago it hit me…....the landing coming out the garage door has finished dry walls wrapping it, but it has a dead space behind it and the water heater….....SOOOOOO…...Friday I got home from work, grabbed a hammer, and proceeded to tear out the “wall”. Well that actually took longer than I thought and I planned to finish it saturday, but my wife went out and did our shoping and that turned into an ordeal of it self. Well I worked yesterday and today, so after I got home and cooked dinner I decided I would start working on the pantry. I went to the shed and gathered tools in the rain; measured, figured and ciphered; laid out the plans; gathered wood; REALIZED THAT I DIDN’T HAVE ENOUGH WOOD. Not my first time…..lol…..
shhhhh…..It gives me the oppurtunity to go to the wood store and hehehehe buy stuff…...shhhhhhhh dont tell my wife, but I’ll prob need a new tool for the project.

yes, you’ll probably need a new tool .. AND your wife will need a new pair of shoes to walk out to this new pantry :)

At least one new tool, some extra wood for those mis-measures, and probably some finish or paint for the new pantry. Come to think of it, one trip to the hardware store might not be enough..

Right… and your gonna need some new nails… and a brad nailer… and an air compressor… and glue… a couple of types… Your saw blade is pretty dull… Do you have all the clamps you need? What about caulking… a smooth bead works better through an air or battery powered caulking gun… they come in sets of battery powered tools…

It is hard to get silky shavings using the heel of a shoe. It can be done, but it is difficult.
