30X40 barn with a loft.
Electric is in both upstairs and down.
Partially insulated as of this writing—ongoing project.
Concrete epoxy coated floor.
I have been heating with two kerosene heaters but would like to upgrade eventually.
I do share the space with a car and small tractor but have more room than I deserve.
Tools include a Delta Unisaw with 50 inch fence which I found used, one router, a used 12 inch sears bandsaw, benchtop planer, Ridgid joiner, import standing drill press I found used, and several other odds and ends.

Hi Kansas,
I will ditto Gary’s comment about the pictures. I find visual shop tours to be an interesting aspect of this community.
