I'm in early retirement and pursuing my love for woodworking in Central Alberta, Canada. I'm also a photographer and would like to advance into making my own frames and mats. Planer/Moulder? Is there anyone who may have had some experience with this relatively new piece of equipment. From the little bit of info I’ve been able to access, I am not learning that much about it. I want to be able to recycle used lumber and make them into picture frames etc. Any feed back would be appreciated. johnt

I have a WoodMaster planer/molder/sander. What type or brand do you have? If you are planning to run reclaimed lumber be sure you have a good metal detector. I haven’t used the molder, yet so I can’t give you any advice on the molder at this time.

Praise be, and he’s our Savior!
I haven’t purchased one yet, but I hope to have one fairly soon. I’ve checked out a few sites now and so far I like The KING and the CRAFTSMAN. I am praying on it and we shall see what the Lord wants me to have.
