I got my Stanley Bostich Compressor from SB a few weejs ago but have been unable to give a review of it due to medical reasons. This really deserves a read. Because I complained on Lumberjocks about their compressor, I was contacted by their Director of Product Developement at Stanley Bostich and asked what he could do for me to make thing right, in an email. First of all I was flabberghasted, I didn’t know what to email back to this apparent bigwig of this big company. He wanted to know what he could do for me? Who the heck am I that he should give a crap about. Apparently he cared a lot. I emailed him wondering if it was a joke or something. Nope, this was the real deal, gave me his cell #, his office #, and another # and told me to contact him anytime because he was serious he wanted to make things right. .........Well please read the review, it explains it all there. Thanks, mike

Mike,

Now that is what I call customer service. I will have to read your review.

Mike;

It’s amazing that customer service is so overlooked. I’m very happy you did justice to the situation by posting the good deeds of the company official.

With my Ezee-Feed business, the only phone number I use is my personal cell phone. I’ve had my company phone disconnected, since I feel customers should be able to get immediate response from a live person, with the right answers. And who better to answer the questions than me!

You did a good thing following up with this Mike.

Lee

Thanks Trim, you made my day. Lee I could’nt agree more, this guy was the real deal, he wanted me satisfied no matter what. I mean it when I said he answered every email I sent him, so I never had to call him, but I bet I would have gotten him directly had I called. So you know exactly what you are doing with customer service. It will take you far. Like one guy said, on the review, you never hear from the happy customer, but you will from the unhappy ones. Mike
