drying rough lumber in a controlled environment question - 7 replies

I have a 10’X12’ spare room in my shop that I have just drywalled. It is well insulated with electric baseboard heat. I was wondering if anyone could estimate how long it would it take to dry rough lumber that is stacked and sticker-ed at 75 to 80 degrees and using 2 box fans for circulation. Is this worth the effort?ThanksGod bless

sanding and finishing aid - 2 replies

I put this simple jig together for sanding, and spraying cabinet doors using a cheap lazy Susan and facing it with rubber mating. Simply spin it to work at the angle that you need.
