If so, does it help you with your drawings ?
God bless

I just read it and I don’t know if it will help with your drawings, but it will save you some time and let you start each drawing with the preferences setup the way you like them to be. It also explains how you can save more than one setup so you could say, have one set of startup preferences for drawing furniture and maybe another for drawing larger things like decks or additions, or kitchens. I would say it is worth reading! I have basically one setup with the units set to fractional and the accuracy and snaps set to 1/32”, the dimensions set to arrow head and align outside, my dim and text font set to City Blueprint, edge profiles turned off ( on is default) and the most important thing..that dumb guy standing in the middle of my drawing is gone! So basically every time I start Sketchup this is how its set up until I make any changes.

Thanks for the heads up. I’m trying to learn Sketchup, that article may help.
