Welcome to my workshop. I have had 4 workshops since I have started woodworking because I have moved around quite a bit in the last 10 years. My current workshop is a 386 Square foot garage minus 40 sqaure feet for the furnace. The ceilings are a painfully low 7’ 10” so lumber storage is incredibly tight. I have been trying to arrange it since we moved into our house 2 years ago but with the constant work that we have been doing on the house I find little time to actually work on the shop. I did manage to insulate the walls and put OSB up when we moved in so at least it is a lot warmer in there now and I can screw things to the wall just about anywhere. The space is great if only for the fact that my wife does not demand to park in the garage – which is huge in the midwest during winter. I really need to focus on the space though and organize it much better so that it will be a more efficient setup and therefore much more enjoyable space to be in. I also need to finish my workbench so that I can free up the floor space that it is occupying.

Looks well equipped. Nice clamp collection! Can never have too many of those.

You have a really nice shop. I could work in there.

Thanks for sharing.

-- With God's help all things are possible- even woodworking. Woodworking is not just a hobby, it is an (expletive deleted) expensive hobby.

Looks like a fun place to use up the time. You too share your space with a furnace…hmmm… Thanks for sharing pix!
