I am new to woodworking. I have a shop set-up in 1/2 of a 2 car garage and my wife won't give me another foot of space if it means her car stays out in the elements. Of course we live in Southern CA and the elements are pretty darn mild where we live. It may rain on occasion, definitely not very often but she does bitch about having to squeegee the morning dew off her windshield ("give me a break"). I am sure there are lumber jocks out there that in the dead of winter might not see there whole vehicle for days. Well I digress but the bottom line is I am a rookie a wannabe Norm Abram or David Marks, ("I'm not worthy to sweep their shop floor"). Well I look forward to learning all I can about this wonderful craft. Now I need to figure out what I am going to build? I also look forward to getting to know some of you other lumberjocks out there. I have created a web site dedicated to woodworking so please check it out. Thanks!
Sincerely,
Brian Scott
