flee market finds #2: past two weeks purchaces

I am certainly jealous…..Our flea market sells livestock, trees and bushes, and mexicans selling socks.

Looks like a good haul. I love the flea markets and antique sales as well.

I agree with Scott. The 9 1/2 is the gem of the bunch. That should clean up real nice.

The transitional looks like it might be a bit worn, and might need some work on it’s mouth. Would need to see the bottom to be sure. But at $5 a winner for sure.

Yes, two things come to mind…if we can’t find it under such circumstances…flea markets, garage sales, etc, then we can make it…so many tools we can make ourselves…little shop assistants of one sort or another…I’ve realized how much cash I’ve put out to save steps…and then realized I should have taken those steps to learn something. I think of the third world where people make wonderful things with practically no tools whatsoever. Yup, great finds.

thanks guys. the 9 1/2 will clean up nicely and the mouth adjostment is in perfect shape. the transition plane dose show alot of ware in the sole. the mouth is a little big but I think I will be able to fix that with some glue and I think they call it wood.lol.
Ill have more on this series in a couple of weeks. Im gona try some difrent markets and maybe some yard sales.
