I have been retired for over a year. I taught woodworking at an Intermediate school in Santa Ana California for about 30 years until my program changed to technology using the Paxton Patterson Company. I successfully taught that for about 2 years. Now I make furniture and stuff and feel like every day is a Saturday.

Three adirondack chairs full scale, 3/4 scale, and 1/2 scale. They seem to be a hit, especially the little one.

Thanks for the interest. The plans came from The New Yankee Workshop design for the adirondack chair. The wood used was cypress and the full size was primed and painted with sash and trim paint. The smaller chairs came from a request from a friend for her grandchildren. As of now I have made a bakers dozen of them.

Better late than never.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
tom
