I am barely a woodworker. I am mostly stubborn, as I had no personal knowledge supplier. All I know is from “www.guiadomarceneiro.com”, from a lot of north-american and european sites. Since last year I was given the opportunity by my mother-in-law of using a workshop that belonged to the deceased father of my wife, who unfortunately I never got the chance of meeting, though. It was very messy, with a lot of garbage and old things from everybody of the family, as it served to dump thigs that didn’t matter anymore…so the work spent there to clean the place and turn it into usable is monstruous. But worthy, otherwise I would never have a place to start.
The size is great, but a lot of garbage is going to continue to be kept there, and there is nothing I can do, since it’s not my space! So I’m gonna do the best I can, and post some photos here, ok? But, please, consider it more a SPACE than a proper workshop….
See you all soon!

Hi Wolverine,

Everyone has to start someplace and most of us tend to be self-taught. It sounds like you are off to a good start and you have plenty of time to grow and develop as a woodworker.

I would like to see pictures of your shop when you are ready to post them. Visual tours of other shops are one of the nice aspects of this site.

Hi Wolverine,

Thanks for the pictures update. I agree with Motthunter in that it has a lot of potential. You have plenty of room in which to work but you don’t need an arsenal of power tools to get the job done. There have been some stunning projects posted here using only hand tools.

thanks again for the shop tour. I really appreciate it.
