I am a novice woodworker. I took a 7th grade woodshop class and that provides me with most of my formally taught skills. A bit comes from conversation with my mate Rohy. And a bit from various internet sites, this one included. Most everything else has come from reading and trial and error. I have always enjoyed and excelled with working using my hands. Such as mechanical work on surplus Swiss Military Trucks (aka the Pinzgauer and Unimog), Home Construction/Remodeling, and Surfboard Repair and Construction. I am part owner of a house in Vallejo, California which we have been adding floor space to in our basement for a near future woodshop. One more concrete pour and in go the tools. I love life, the outdoors, people, animals and trees. I have diabetes and keep in good health by constant exercise and close monitoring. I dream of a livelihood of making custom furniture or other woodwork for people who desire what I can offer.
