Here is TheAggie’s shop video for the Challenge 02 contest. I just hit the highlights of my shop, not all the little nuts and bolts laying around.

Aggie -

Very nice shop tour! I enjoyed your video very much. I lived in Galveston and Clear Lake a long time ago and my sister lives in the Dallas – Fort Worth area so it was nice to see this Texas shop. I am envious of your large space!

Lots and lots of lumber storage! I have two of those old Sears table saws like yours! PLENTY of room for a shop. I am envious as well and I enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks for sharing.

Wow! After spending 9 years in my 12×16 shop, your tour gave me vertigo. How do you work in all that space? Thanks for the tour!

Aggie, I’m still wiping the drool off my chin and trying to type at the same time. Neat bit on paradise you have and Sealy is a great town.

Nice job on the video – great voice over! I liked the line about “The shop is never finished.” Seems like I am always trying to move something in order to make an improvement.

Creative use of the ceiling space with the suspended shelf – clever.

Hello Everyone,

Thanks again for all the kind words on the shop. I started in a 2 car garage shop. When we had the chance to move to the country about 9 years ago, I wanted a dedicated shop (let my little girl Sheryl have the garage as an eventual sewing studio). Things worked out financially and I put up this building, and it is still under construction….

Thanks guys

Wow… you have more space than on the first floor of our (not small) house!

I bet it was a challenge to fill that space up!

Thanks for the tour. I wish I had a dedicated building. I liked the Craftsman table saw story.

Aggie,

Could you take a picture of the inside of the router table, primarily the lift system. I would love to see how it works.

I have this feeling that there is a story that goes along with that Stoplight hanging from the ceiling. You are a lucky guy with that shop.

Your final comment made me laugh. I used to tell my wife that all the time. “Hey, at least Im not at the bard drinkin’ with my buddies.”
Great tour and great shop!
