Thanks everyone for such a warm wecome. I am presently putting down laminate flooring. I didn,t know there is no wood in laminate flooring, so I guess I am making plastic saw dust!

I am a board butcher right now. My family was in "Whos Who of Americana Carpeters" and worked on a lot of famous historical landmarks in Charleston, SC before and after The Civil War. However, I am just learning at age 57. Wish me luck, it suppose to be in "my blood" Ha.
