This is a mantel I made yesterday for Brian, the contractor I do most of my work for. This was for a small remodel job. I will be installing it probably Monday or Tuesday next week.
The finisher is Rolly Willcox. He does all of Brian’s painting and staining, and is the one that got me hooked up with Brian. I owe him a couple six packs still. :) He had sprayed it with a first coat of lacquer about an hour before this picture which is why its standing on end.
-- I get payed to play with power tools! What could be better than that?

sparky the mantles looking good ! sounds like rollie does hookups pretty cheap . the vultures around here would probably want about 40 % of whatever i charged ! lol great job
