I like it… Here in Utah Basements are such an integral part of our living area that most would not allow a shop in the basement. I sell homes and in my 13 year career have only seen 2 basement shops. In the past (the past 2 years have seen dramatic increases in property value) it was not too expensive to just build one but those days I think are over… I like that you put that the epoxy floor was a first and a must.. Makes me feel better about it because I just put one in my shop and am waiting for it to fully cure.

Is that a dry-erase wall you have with all of the sketches? I need something big to put ideas on so that I can visualize and then break them down. Cool shop!

Absolutely. That is one of the reasons I used whiteboard. The other is that it reflects the light better.
Actually, it may not be dy-erase but just whiteboard.

This is a gorgeous shop. It is spacious, well organized and you have enough tools to get some serious work done. I would like to work in a set-up like this.

This shop is way too clean. What’s up with that? Just kidding. My basement shop is close to the same size. I have T8/3500’s also and wouldn’t trade them for anything. I need to paint my walls before I do the epoxy floor thing.
