Coffee was goof here this morning also, it was probably the company! Sounds like your shop is coming along. I just flipped through and old (2003ish) American Woodworker where they’d build a shallow cabinet to rest at the back of a deep workbench, maybe that’d work for you?

Thanks Mark. Don’t worry about it. I started the project Saturday. I may have found a solution. I need to take some pictures I suppose to let you all see the idea I came up with. Basically I used 3/4” plywood for the sides and shelves. Then routed 1/2” deep 3/4” grooves in the side panels for the shelves and drawer guides. The sides are 24” deep. The guides are 30 inch deep. I have used bearings mounted to the botton of each drawer unit that the drawers will slide across. I have placed drawer stops so they would not just fall out if I pulled them to far. This is my first attempt at making something even remotly similiar to this. Today I will build the drawers. The side of the drawers will be 3/4” plywood also to accept the guides. The back and bottom will be what we use to call gopher board. I’m not sure what it is really called but when I got the 4×8 sheets the lady called them Ecoboard. It is pretty strong stuff. It reminds me of what you would find in the bottom and sometimes in the back of drawers. Anyway I will get some pics.

Another reason I want to post some pictures is that a fellow gave me some type of a square. Well I am not sure it is called a square. I have no idea what it is called so I am certian that you all will know what it is.

I’ve got the Woodhaven Router setup. It does a great job.

I screrwed a plastic caliper onto mine to show the distance that I raise the bit. I bought it for around $5.00 at Harbor freright on sale. It only measures in 100 of an inch so you have to guess for the .125 measurement. or I need to raise it .001 of an inch.

Hello EdC, Thanks for asking. Actually it is doing very well. The outside of the finger still has some swelling. It’s hard to believe but it does. That is all that is left from the bite. I’ve killled 3 other recluses in the past couple of week. 1 in the house and 2 others in the garage.

Karson that’s a pretty sweet tool isn’t it. I look forward to using mine.
