I’m sure you can get it off by applying heat to the nut. I’m not sure how easy it would be to get torch down the throat but if you can get it cherry red it’ll come loose. Concentrate the heat at the nut and not the arbor or it won’t work and try to heat it evenly. While it’s glowing red have someone break it loose with the wrench as soon as you remove the heat. I’m not sure what this will do to the hardening of the arbor but if it’s that tight the threads may be damaged anyway. Locktite also makes a product in a can that you can do the reverse and freeze the arbor but I haven’t tried it and the temperature difference won’t come close to what you’ll get with the torch but it would be worth a try. There is also something called a nut splitter you could try if you can find on big enough.

I have tried wd-40, and liquid wrench to no avail. I figured since i don’t know alot about mechanical issues, i would leave it to the pros.
