Location: Pacific Northwest
Website:

Started twelve years ago fixing up the house when Mom left for the nursing home. Just thought I'd paint the walls inside to increase the lightness on dreary, dark, rainy days in the Northwest. Still working on things. Each project spawns four more. I've done lots of trim work - crown moldings, sub-rails, chair rails, wall frames, and base molding. Built archways to separate rooms and give each its own identity. Last was a rosewood fireplace mantle with crown, dentils, boxes, and half-round marble pillars. This is just a little 1950's rambler, but who knew that it needed so much??!

I really like customizing and creating useful and beautiful things.
