Great inspiration.

That was strange…at 1st your pictures weren’t showing up and as soon as I posted this comment they were there. Looks good. You can hide the lines in the sail. Click on the lines (holding down ctrl or shift allows for multiple selections) once you have them selected go to Edit (text menu) and then Hide.

Thaks for the tip!! The only way I have figured out (by trial and error – mostly error!) was deleting them and as soon as I did that the solid surface would go away and I could see inside – not quite what I wanted, so I just put up with the lines. I was a bit rushed to get my design finished and didn’t take the time to learn the program. Hope to do better in the future.

now that’s a cool table. I’d go insane trying to build it because I can’t bend wood to save my life but I’d have the best looking table at the asylum!

I think it was either the first project in the expansion or the one that inspired it. It sets on it own little island and is reached by a causeway.

Hey, my friend, you’ve exhibited your outside-the-box design talents once again. This would be a great piece to use as a serving table in a Burj Al Arab Hotel banquet room, or in a similar application within the hotel or an associated facility. If only they could afford your services.
