You shook hands all day? Your forearms must be tired! :)

People probably thought you were a dork walking around all day holding hands with Mark… HAHAHAHA !!!!

So really, did you learn anything or was your head in the clouds because you were in the presence of greatness? He’s probably not as tall as he is on T.V.

At least your t-shirt was cooler than his, ;)

Man, you guys could be brothers!

Ethan, you are much better looking than your “Buddy Icon”. LOL

I was thinkin the same thing, Don. His buddy icon looks like he should be on another web site. At least the Lumberjock picture with David Marks makes him look like he’s a real lumberjock. His buddy icon picture looks a little too … Giddy, yeah… thats it.

me too, David, I just wish I could do it myself, and I’d have all my pictures converted. ;)

I was trying to figure out how to put it in my address bar as my own personal icon, but i cant get it to co-operate.

The info I got said that it goes in the (head) here (/head) portion of my html, but it wouldnt work

I agree with everything said. Since I don’t know the famous woodworker I was just going by the visual and you two definitely could be brothers!!!
Now I have to say that he looks really proud to be standing beside a LumberJock-er!!
I think it’s great that you wore your shirt—and got your picture taken!

How exciting. I can feel the excitement from here. Pretty special day you had.

Great picture Ethan
Have you washed your hands yet?
And he didn’t put blue tape over the Lumberjocks logo. LOL

Very cool Ethan. What a way to spend your day. What did you actually learn about/build while you were there?

I agree, replace your icon with this picture.

Haha..good one Dick.

He’s probably still in bed having dreams of making Fine Furniture and using all of David’s Bubinga, cocobolo, and that HUGE slab of Quilted Mahogany

No, I didn’t shake hands all day. Ha ha. Ho ho.

You’re all just jealous! ;) Don’t hate!

I had but 10 minutes of free time after I got back from class and changed clothes to get supper started because we were going to a dinner party that night and had to bring lasagna, but we had to run some other errands first so we were going to bake it there…

Anyway, I didn’t really have time to write a big blog so I thought I’d tease you all with a photo.

I’ll post a full blog about it tomorrow (including a picture of some of the infamous blue tape!), but I do want to say that David is absolutely as nice in person as he seems on TV.

Martin, it IS a nice shirt! That organic cotton fits like a… well, like a T. And it was comfortable all day long. Love it.

One of my favorites…just like the genius on his shirt. He is way out of my league, way out. I hope you had a great day.

Even David started at the beginning. I’m sure he has a story or two about mistakes he’s made.
