Ditto what Gary posted. I especially enjoy seeing other woodworkers shops.

I am really looking forward to the new shop, i’ll be adding 12 feet to our existing pole building giving me a 24X24 shop, and a 24X24 garage, well I call it a garage when the wife is aroud, in truth the garage portion is future expansion. I’m going with a pored concreat floor in the garage portion and a wooden floor in the work shop, the walls are 10” thick, the plan is to place 2X10 on 16 centers in the work shop and spray expanding foam to fill the cavity, then sheet over wiht osb, that way i can hang thnigs anywhere I want and not have to worry about finding a stud. Electrical and air lines will be installed before the foam will be sprayed. The celing will be about 8ft with the same insulation, making for an air tight shop, I plan on heating with a pellet stove. The floor with be insulated with the same material. I hope to begin adding the new section as soon as the snow is gone.

Hi Ray,

Thanks for the shop update. You have some nice shop space in which to work and I really like your set of tools. You have plenty of toys to play with. I would enjoy working in there.

Congrats on the shop upgrade and keep us posted on how it is coming along.

Thanks for allowing me to tour your shop. I really appreciate it.
