I’m looking for plans for a workbench that I can set my 10” table saw in and a router table all incorporated into the table top. Please Help!

Here’s Two possibilities

Both can be adapted to fit your needs.

Good question! hey I would also like something similar. I like the two designs that were posted, but how about something with alittle more table on the outfeed side. Orly, what I was thinking is something that could also serve as an assembly table/workspace if needed, a table that will basically take up an 6’x4’ area. I do like the one design that incorperates the fence for both router and tablesaw.

Before the wife kicked me out of the garage … my setup was based on this ... with a few alterations … one being the pivot-out table saw module ... rather than attaching it to the main bench as the plans call for I made it a stand alone table that measured roughly 71” ... or about the same length as the mobile table Smitty posted from the Wood store … I’d post pictures of it, but I sold it off with the table saw since that was much easier than trying to figure out how to get it down into the basement …
This is a rough idea of what I did to give you an idea of how I modified their plan … I didn’t add the wheels to the drawing but it had a total of six wheels … one under each of the 2X4 legs … the doors on the ends weren’t anything fancy … frames were made out of 1X2 with a pegboard panels and mounted with a piano hinge … and the out feed table folded down for storage …
The out feed table was OK … I never really used it for anything other than the out feed support …
I added the notes on the last slide because if there is one thing I miss about that table .., it was the fact that one power cord is all I ever really had to deal with … sorry for not putting up all the dimensions … but I’m not sure how much good they would do you since the whole thing depends on the actual dimensions of your table saw … if you want the Sketch Up file … so you can play with it … or so you can get the dimensions … feel free to drop me a line … and I’ll e-mail it to you or something

I fashioned mine after one I saw in shopnotes vol 15 issue 89, it works really well if you have a contractor saw. I know you can find it on line, but if you can’t and you are interested send me a message and I’ll send you the pdf of the plan for saw center. lots of luck
