Too bad about the Craftsman router table. (I bet I have the same model!) I am in the process of getting another…it’s in the mail or at least it is supposed to be…..One that will be attached to my table saw giving me a lot bigger work surface.

Right now and maybe unfortunately I have to say I work at Sears. It’s just not the same as when I hired in a long time ago…enough said about that. Great job Debbie!

thanks re: video. Other than some 5 second clips that I’ve sent to my grand-daughter I haven’t created anything using this system. So that was the first try at a video.

I used to be an employee of Sears (many years ago) for a short-term. But that is just a fading memory now.

We haven’t figured everything out on our new router system but we’re learning. One project at a time.

That’s neat! Enjoyed the video. I haven’t figure out how to use that on my camera to transfer it to the computer so I’m just going to sit and watch the videos that come in.

Amazing! More new talents to add to your list… Movie Director, Actress, Cameraman (err, woman), Film Editor, and on and on. Watch out Steven Speilberg! Great job Deb. Loved getting to here your voice and see more of you then just the still pic. And great ad libbing (the comment about the back 40 was terrific). Thanks so much for jumping in and doing this. thanks Chip. I had to do it twice because the first time, once I got back upstairs the computer screen went really dark and I couldn’t see the cursor. I decided to reboot and I couldn’t save it first. I have a lot of “learning curve” to figure out before the next one (have to get rid of those black empty spaces and figure out how to keep the music playing all the time and just turn the volume down. Hopefully I’ll have that figured out before the next video challenge :)

And next time I’ll make sure my hair is brushed and all that other female ego stuff :D

I don’t know if this will work with Mac. but this may help someone out there. Windows Movie Maker, It’s a free download for editing movies, or slideshows. I use it all the time.

Mac may have something similar.

the Mac has a built-in program. I just haven’t used it before. That program should be really helpful to people entering the challenge.

Thanks for showing us the shop, Debbie! I really liked the short takes all pulled together and getting to see the famed box of willow.

Now, this may sound odd but your voice sounds just like I imagined… You know how when you meet someone face to face that you have only talked to on the phone and they look totally different than what you anticipated? Maybe it doesn’t work that way when it happens the other way around… At any rate, it was great to get the tour and I look forward to more clips about your projects.

yup… the cat is a great floor sweeper. Somewhere I have a pix of him all covered in sawdust. He has such long hair that it took a while to get him brushed out.

Heaven.. hmmm my backyard. Yes, definitely my backyard. Of course, we could always go to my favourite place of all times and head on up to Oastler Lake, Parry Sound. There is a rock there that is my Heaven. Haven’t been there for years but I will never forget the impact it has had on my life. There was a moment on that rock, Frank, that was my first truly aware connection with the Universe. Thanks for asking about my heaven so my mind remembered this. :)
