After all the challenges I met to add the logo to my son’s skateboard, I have to say that I’m quite pleased with the result.
The decal is a “window decal” purchased at Staples. I sprayed a coat of clear-coat on top of the printed decal to prevent the ink from bleeding. I attached the decal to the skateboard by placing it on a wet layer of waterbased wipe-on poly and then coated it all with several more layers of poly.
I love how the wood shows through the “EA” lettering.
