Part 1: The begining towards the end

Soo many choices soo little money. I am in the process of buildin my dream shop and seems like it will take me 20 years to get it done. I guess it is because I am trying to do it without going into debt too much. to start it is a 48X40 metal sided pole building located in Mid-Michigan, It is a newer building with a cement floor that was with the house we moved into almost two years ago. The office is 11X24 and has a seperate heater and AC. I have all of my turning stuff in there. ...

Part 2: Another day

Thank you all for the comments. I never really thought about humidity levels…Now I will. I got a Grizzly catalog in the mail last night and was drooling over the 8” Jointers. I have a HF jointer that my wife bought for me. I never made it out to the shop last night as I ended up tripple booking myself. I had two things going on at church and a concert at the school. Part 3: Oh Baby what did I get into

I have been away for a while and things have changed. My Wife and I celebrated our 20th and got away for a few days…Nice. I was checking craigslist and found a baby grand piano for sale cheap. My wife has always wanted one but we have never been able to afford one. This one was for sale for $150. The owner started to restore it and found that it was way more than he could do and the quote to restore it was about $10,000.00 so he sold it to me. I picked it up and started to work...

I know.. I need to post some pics. I will set up an account with one of the sites and start posting soon. I will not be able to get them tonight as we are cutting one of our offices over to a wireless connection. I hope that it will go well and I can get home early.
