Congrats Obi !

It’s always a nice feeling to work in a shop that you can say : “That’s the way I want it !”

It’s all clean and spotless, tools neatly strored and ready to go…

Wish you the best and make some dust !!!!!

Just don’t talk to Obi when he is on the table saw. He says he yells at anyone during those times.

Everybody on the dance floor, it’s time to party. Hope your having fun. I like the idea of cyber presents. That was very funny Debbie. Good luck and be safe. Remeber the best ten tools you have are attached to your hands.

Probably has so much room now he can hardly work on his projects. Maybe he is stuffing the shop so he can feel at home again.

I’m touched everybody. Thanks for the party… \:D/ So far it’s all about insurance, and inspectors and Gov’t officials with their noses up my “yeah they do” and safety and fire marshalls… I’ll be moving for the next three days, then a phone and more lighting and then I have cabinets to build and I will get some table time in.

The top has been ready for weeks now, and once I get started on the legs it’s all about two days worth of work and then I can post the pictures. Unless I win the Powermatic/Rockler give-away, then I’ll still post the pictures but it wont be the official way, cause i don’t want to get big headed and I’m afraid if I win (which is probably unlikely), I’d have to suffer from the pride that comes with your table making it into a major publication.

And as far as routers go, I remember i think it was Scottie B that mentioned the wireless router he heard about from people in his office. hahahaha!!!

The new shop is 776 sq ft which is more than 10 times bigger than the working space I had in my brother-in-law’s garage ( about 60 sq ft). Seperate office and my own bathroom (woo-hooo!)

Now I’ll have to keep busy enough to make the monthly payments.

But I will stop by on a daily basis to look in on all y’all to make sure you’re playing nice.

Bill, it’s in Salida if you wanna stop by… you too Wayne

you can e-mail me at obiwan_themonk@yahoo.com for directions and after I get my phone in a week or so, I’ll e-mail ya the number in case you need to call for answers to the questions that only the Great Obi-man can answer.

Be blessed you all,
Michael

Well I just found out that two dorrs down there’s a shop called TweedleDeeDum. Two twins that rent out all that Kiddie-play-day-bouncey-jumpy-get-wet-blow-up-party-stuff-for-your-yard stuff. Maybe I should suggest that they dress up as clowns…
