I have just finished designing and creating my own website. At the moment the address is to a friend of mines server. I have yet to buy a domain name. SO please take a look at it and let me know what you think. I also have posted some recent shots of my projects at my other blog site. Take a look. Thanks

Those are some beautiful pieces up there. Great design and craftsmanship. I especially like the dovetails showing on the front of the drawers. Great design element.

Looks good. Suits your pieces nicely. Your work is fantastic, and I love reading more about each piece, especially their Hawaiian link. Nicely done.
As a designer, I find the small caps font hard to read for the small text areas, made me question if some words were misspelled. Have someone double check the copy for you before you go live. Reading it slowly outloud works for me. I think I spotted three typos on your about page, but my eyes could have been playing tricks. You definately want to pay as close attention to detail in your web and marketing pieces as you do in your work.

Kaleo -
Your website looks great!
I agree with Scot that a larger font would be easier to read and better represent you and your work. Typos are easy to do when you are focused on the design.

Yeah I think you guys are right, I found those typos also but have yet to have the time to fix them. All the advice is great and I appreciate it alot. You never know what others think until you ask. I will definatley be making a few changes before going live.

and I like how the pages “build”, very effective for a woodworking site.

Nice site. I found that if I pick on the about pic on the page with the drawer with dovetails that it doesn’t go anywhere, but if I pic on the about pic on the next page it works? You might want to fix that. i know for me, I usually wouldn’t have tried the next page, thinking that you site was still under construction. Good luck.
