My quite predictable runup probably made it clear, but one of the reasons behind all these modifications (aside from the extra ripping room, which is DEFINITELY worth the effort alone, was that a few months ago, I got a 30% off rockler coupon that forgot to exclude power tool accessories and jess-em stuff. So I took that in, along with some saved gift cards, and walked out with…

A Jess-Em Mast-R-Slide sliding table! Whoo Hoo! This poor thing has been sitting in my shop gazing longingly at my tablesaw, and it finally got it’s day today.
“Some Assembly Required”

Slight problem. Even though all 3 holes lined up, this is supposed to be just 3/16 proud, and it was more like 1/4” proud. doh!

Need to enlarge those holes. Could probably be done with a file, if you needed to, but when there’s a big new milling machine in the corner…

All better!

Base installed and tuned.
Install the table and fine tune, and you’ve got a significantly upgraded saw!

Fin.

Very nice I have looked at this product several times and though I would like to add one, I already have 52 inch rails and adding that to the left of the TS would make it wider than my shop! But man o man!

Very Snappy addition. I can see a lot of potential for accuracy there Jon3.
