NEW VACUUM

NEW VACUUM

46 days ago by John Gray | 5 comments »

I purchased this vacuum about a month ago and it has been used ALOT. If has become a favorite tool, it’s so handy to use with the long hose. I also purchased the Ridgid Hepa filter – Model VF6000 which is washable. Filters 99.97% of particles as small as .3 mirons. Now the shop is much cleaner because the 22’ hose lets me go directly to the tool instead of having to move the big and cumbersome Craftsman around the shop, the Craftsman is now dedicated to the table saw unt...

Great Guide

Great Guide

I have the 50” model of this All-In-One Clamp Guide and love it. It’s really nice to use when breaking down a 4’x8’ piece of sheet goods without having to manhandle it up on the table saw. I cut them up right on the tailgate of my pickup before they come into the shop. You don’t have to have the Saw Plate just hold the saw firmly against the guide. When you “set it up” for your circular saw Sharpie the offset between the blade and the saw’s shoe and you’ll not ...

My old saw went to the I bind all the time not cutting well file so I went looking for a new one. I read good reviews on the saw and I was looking for light weight saw with a right hand blade drive this one fit the bill so I purchased one from Lowe’s on their handy credit card. I do not use the saw every day but have used it to cut 3/4” plywood, 1” knotty cedar, and rough sawn 1” red oak and it cuts like a dream. I would recommend it to anyone. I’ve listed th...

This is another tool that I’ve had for about a year. It does a beautiful job jointing and it comes with 2 push pads ( Grizzly calls them safety blocks) as standard equipment. The built in mobile base is a God send in my shop as I like to have all of my large power tools on wheels, I use them outside weather permitting. It’s 4” dust chute is very efficient. There’s not to much else to say except that I would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a 6” jointer

Ridgid TS3650 Table Saw

Ridgid TS3650 Table Saw

I’ve had this saw for about a year and love it. It was pretty square out of the box and the fence is really steady in contrast with earlier reviews on older models. The ability to move it on wheels is great, it comes with the wheels attached a bonus. There is a 2 1/2” dust collector hook up up under the saw which is so so, it’s hard to control the saw dust on any contractor’s saw. I have had no troubles with it and would highly recommend it.
