Ok so I got off the phone with Woodcraft…. they said no problem… the manager was placing a stock order with Jet today and will include my new base in the order which should come on a pallet so there is much less a chance of damage….. the down side 10 days to wait…. but I think I am going to put the saw togeather tonight just to check to make sure the rest of the saw is in working order…... I am sure it is…... so part 3 when the new base comes in…...

I am sure that Woodcraft will make it right but this is a major annoyance.
Keep us posted on your progress.

I have no doubts about Woodcraft making it right and really it isn’t the stores fault the box looked intact…. but yeah it is annoying
