Howdy All,

I cannot believe what a warm welcome this simple woodworker has received here at Lumberjocks. To say that I’m flattered by your hospitality is an understatement, thank you one and all for all your kind words and comments.

Woodworking has opened many doors for me over the years and I’m grateful to this craft for that and I’m proud to say that I’m a woodworker. I only hope that I can give back some of which has been given to me.

So, let’s get off the couch and let’s get at it…..........................

All the best
Gord

Get up, it's time to work..............

This is a great woodworking community, Gord. As long as you continue contributing your high quality projects, you are assured of being made welcome. And even if you go through a dry patch, the guys and gals here understand and will be an encouragement.

Gord -

This looks like me “falling asleep watching another woodworking video” – not that I have ever done that! LOL

I sure am glad you are here sharing your woodworking with all of us. Keep the projects and instructional posts coming!

LOL David, when I saw Gord on the couch, I thought of the video your daughter took of you sleeping on the couch with the macbook on your lap. Too funny. Gord, it’s a good group. You add to it’s depth. Welcome again.

Gord,
I for one am glad you are here. Your abilities, especially the tutorials, make a difference in the lives of many. None of us know how many aspiring woodworkers are watching. On this website they have an opportunity to be instructed without pressure to perform. The information is available to re-view at anytime and as many times as they wish. People like your self are having am impact far beyond your own perception. Thank you and keep up the good work. Don’t worry, we will understand if you need a rest. LOL
