the shop is crammed in to a two-car garage with home gym. As you can see from the pics this garage is tight ( 19’ x 20’ ). It is also doing many duties, woodshop (my priority), Garage (yes the car fits), toy box for all the other hobbies, gym, and storage. I have 13’ cielings so I lofted the upper 3/4. That gave me roughly 300 sq ft of storage for all the normal stuff above the shop. Seasonal deco, camping gear, etc.
To fit the car, to be usable, and for clean up all the big stuff needed to be on wheels.
The table saw rolls under the wall mounted cabinets and the assembly table just fits on top of it plus it leave me about 14” of table space when put away.

The goodies:

home built torsion box assembly table
24” square rolling cabinets, one with router table built it, one with miter saw on top, the other just drawers.( see pic) All are same height as table saw, drum sander, and assembly table so anything can be used as infeed or outfeed table for anything else except the bandsaw.

The list of tools here I did not type in. For grins one day I made a spreadsheet of all my power tools. I had actually bought tools that I forgot I already owned.

I agree with both of Gary’s comments. Visual tours of other shops are one of the nice things about this site.
