I’m almost finished with one of John in Cranbrook plans. www.extremebirdhouse.com

Large birdhouse the Extreme Cape Cod. just some minor modifications to his plans
I used 1/2” MDO for the roof instead of the steel barn panel he used. Made the
floor between 1st & 2nd floor removable for easier cleaning from the top.
