Some new pictures with so progress from last time. I have painted all the walls white. I have turned an old hallway into a tool room, that will be home to all my hand tools and clamps. Basiclly anything you steal will be in the room. I have also installed most of the duct work.
Some things that i still need to do are, build a wall to separate my space from the other company in the warehouse. Build out a office and possible paint the floor. The other major and obviously most important thing is electric. I really have absolutely nothing right now. I had a electrician come by last week and I am still waiting on the quote. All i know is that it is going to be very expensive, not sure how i am going to come up with the money yet.
Anyhow here are some pictures. Oh and the clamp rack is made from scrap plywood based off one in fine woodworking, now i just need more clamps haha.
Thanks Brian

Looking good.
I can see from your Bessey clamps that you haven’t found a good clean way to take those labels off the
handles either.

Brian,
You are off to a wonderful start. I really like the clamp rack. There are two things we all need more of in our shops: space and clamps. :)
Thanks for sharing.

Great organization of your clamps. I wish my stuff was a fraction of being this organized.

Brian,
I’ve been looking into a Grizzly planer. Trying to decide if the carbide blades are worth the extra $800 or not. Please let us know what you think of them.
I love the looks of the bandsaw too.

I haven’t heard back from the electrician yet. But hopefully i will be able to have the tools up and running in the next week, maybe two. I will try and do a review of some of the machines after that.
Thanks Brian

Hi Brian,
The shop is coming along nicely…I bet you can’t wait to move on to building some furniture. This looks like it will be a great space.
