I’ve been woodworking for about 6 years now but I still consider myself a novice, a beginner. My limited knowledge of woodworking I learned from my grandfather, my dad, reading and my own trial and error.
By trade I am an IT Manager for a major BEvERage company here in Colorado. I'm married to a wonderful woman and we have a 6 year old son who's starting to want to make stuff with me. My wife's favorite question lately is "So when are you going to be finished with that project?"
I'm also the host of the Lumberjocks Interviews Podcast and I have a video webcast called The Novice Garage Woodworker. Check it out at garagewoodworker.blogspot.com.
I welcome any tips, tricks and advice from the LumberJocks community.
