You are lucky if you only have to move one tool to use another. Sometimes I need to move 2 or 3. The 4th pic shows some orginization. Us small shop owners have to keep after the mess or it will overwhelm us!

There are times that my shop mirrors yours. I like the idea with the milk crates and I’ll take what is behind door letter “G”

Your shop does indeed look like it is being used. Mine looks like that at times and then my wife goes ballistic and rushes around like a tornado cleaning and straightening it. It looks great afterward but you can’t get to anything because she moves everything on wheels along one wall so that the tools are stacked two and three deep. I promise you I won’t let her anywhere near your shop. :)
