G’day woodworking Mates!

I note on my calendar that 365 days ago I joined LumberJocks. This post makes 2501 entries very few of which have occurred in the past two months. I’m still visiting, and reading with interest about all the great projects. Since I’ve become inactive here, there have been many new members and some great small wooden boxes. I case you thought that my love for small wooden boxes has diminished, let me say again … I just love them!

I have a few projects that will be completed early next year, so will not be active here until I earn the right to do so by showing that I still do some woodworking.

Have a great Christmas everyone – and whilst you are enjoying this special season remember the greatest Christmas gift of all was God’s son, Jesus.

I was wondering where you were—I thought maybe it was problems with your knee.

Hi Don…..........been thinking about you. Got my 2×4 and going to make some kind of CanuckDon inspired box. I’ve got your shooting board link, Mots plans, Wayne’s bench hook, new mitre guage, and hopefully a new handsaw that Santa is aware of…...(I got caught rattling the boxes but the packaging peanuts are confusing me)......no sure signs under the tree yet.

Thanks for reminding me this past year about the “craft”.

Merry Christmas Don. Gets a bit hot for the shed some days. You can always sit down & watch the Cricket on Boxing Day, after all it is in Melbourne. Not a bad way to fill in the time Regards Tony.

I somehow missed all this 11 days ago, but have been wondering what had happened to you Don. It’s good to know you’re still lurking around. Your mention of milestones triggered me to notice my 100 days today – still a young ‘un!
