I'm an electrician in Tulsa, OK. (Been using the copperjock name for a very long time, just a coincidence with LumberJocks) I've never really made anything of significance before this fall, mostly just household repairs. Something sparked me recently to make a real investment in the power tools to get going, (and I need a bad weather hobby.) I'm learning a lot about wood and know I'm just scratching the surface. (then putting on another coat of polycrylic... ;) )

CopperJock, Thank you for the kind words. There was a concern on how to finish these items and I decided not to put any finish on the inside surfaces. The sugar bowl and salt cellar insides were just sanded thru 320 grit and then burnished with turning shavings.
