Bookcase Challenge
Hi All I just finished playing with my Sketchup drawing for the bookcase challenge. I’m really enjoying using sketchup for my conceptual drawings. I’m so glad that LJ comes up with these ideas, it gives me a great chance to play in Sketchup. If I was to build this bookcase I would love to use Oak veneer core plywood for the carcus, oak trim where required and a contrasting wood like padauk for the face frames. This huge bookcase would cover an area of approximately 5’ from each corner, but it would be very practical in a large room. Of course this is a modular unit and the shelves are adjustable.
