Four passes thru the table saw, and I now have a box & lid…

I sketched a ‘side-view’ plan of the insert which will fit into the lid…

This way, if he doesn’t like the layout of the board, we can build a new insert and still use the overall box.

We’re aiming pretty high… this will have two levels for smaller pedals in the center, on the right side it will have a place for two larger (long, like a wah) pedals, on the left an area for switches… Internally this will house a power strip, a light to illuminate the board, and a home-built talk box, and mabye some other custom stuff…
