Forrest Blade
My son bought this blade 13 years ago, and in addition to all the furniture projects in the home shop he is a contractor for helping build homes. This blade is his only blade, and was used on site to cut everything for four houses. After cutting some very dense 31/2” Oak, he says it must be time for it’s FIRST sharpen, and intends for no one but Forrest to do it. It still cuts softer wood like butter.Billyup
Cheap Lathe Conversion
There was a yard sale ad that said: “Lathe with tools, $40”, so I hustled right out.I found a “Junk” French or Canadian lathe that is only good for turning Spindle work, but came with about $300 worth of new Craftsman tools.
