The contest is over and I am already looking forward to the next one.I feel that those who won this round earned it.There were a lot of excellent entries and it was hard to sort out the “best” but I am happy with the results.Well done, and congratulations!

Art is subjective,so if you won or lost in this contest, its just someone elses opinion. It doesnt mean your work is bad, just that others prefer coffee over tea.I personally had a hard time deciding on how to divvy up points because there were way too many great projects to choose from. There could easily have been 10 winners.

But….dont take it all too seriously, and dont change your style just to suit what seems to be popular now.

I want thank LJ for all their hard work and everyone that participated in these contests including those who took the time to look at all the entries, then took the time to vote. This really is a great community that helps all of us grow and mature as woodworkers.

The most important thing is to have fun and march to your own drum! Who knows…..maybe next time!:-)
ANDY
