I was writing up that post on Karson as he was sending his, of course I had no idea what he was up to. All he told me was he was on his way home from the hospital. I just now logged back on at 9:PM Michigan time. I didn’t have a clue Karson had already made a post. I hit post and went click to exit Lumberjocks. So I just Logged back on and OH! OH! I see Karson is on line or has been. Anyway I meant what I said. He is a great guy. He helped me through a lot of tough times and I love him like a father. Dick Cain too. I guess I’ve been on this site too long. I’m starting to develope relationships that I care about. Karson You take darn good care of yourself. Everybody else quit bickering about how many blogs or comments you leave for each other. This is a good and gentle site. Guys like Karson, Dick Cain, Mark Decou, Mark Oscorner, may he rest in peace, Gary K., Charlie, Frank, Odie, Allison, Trifern, Rikkor, our old Pal on the Range, Thos Angle, Just to name a few have given us what we have, lets not destroy it with bickering about he got more posts than I did. First, who the f__cares second what does matter. One thing I learned having cancer, that I had learned a long time ago and forgot, but was recently reminded, What really matters in your life…. Think about it for a few nights. I mean stay up all night because you are in pain and ask yourself, what really matters in my life. I’ll bet lots of money that it has nothing to do with pride, this site, money, the war in Iraq, your neigbors pretty wife. Look in the mirror, and ask that man or women in the mirror, what is most important in my life. God Bless you all.

I knew dufuss and you’re no dufuss… (a great presidential debate). You are right of course about what is important. Kids, grandkids, baby rabbits saved from mowers, strangers we help just cause it’s the right thing to do… The list goes on.

You’re not a dufuss Mike, you’re the biggest hearted Lumberjock.

We need more people to “be like Mike” and the whole world would be a better place. Who is up for some fishing?

Love you Bro! I’m with Dick and “Dad”. Be easy on yourself.
I had to smile at jack1’s comment. The Lloyd Bensten-Dan Quayle line gets mangled and used often in my household.
